The Fractional Ownership Boot Camp (HVS)

All of the critical elements necessary for a successful fractional ownership program will be reviewed and each invitee can expect to leave the one-day session with a clear decision as to whether or not a fractional ownership program has market potential for their development.

Participation is limited to developers, project managers and financiers so participants can expect discussions about real life development scenarios. The total number of participants will also be limited in order to ensure a high level of interaction between attendees and the FOBC faculty.

One of the primary Fractional Ownership Boot Camp (FOBC) facilitators will be Jim Whitteron, Director of Marketing & Sales Solutions at HVS Shared Ownership Services. Jim developed the first Private Residence Club product in 1992 and has been involved in 25 other projects worldwide since that time. He is often considered the "father of luxury fractional ownership". His real life development experiences will serve as a significant decision making resource for FOBC participants.
