• Since September 2005: Senior Lecturer in HRM at the Faculty of Business, Environment and Society, Coventry University, UK. Teaching at MA and MBA level and in charge of supervising MA dissertations and PhD theses.
• July 2004- August 2005: Program Manager of the Bachelor in Business Administration (Hospitality). Also teaching Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Foundations of Modern Culture and directing BBA Honors Dissertations. Les Roches Marbella, Swiss Hotel School of Management. Marbella, Spain.
