The new protel app allows hoteliers to rent out their rooms even when they`re on the go!
"bookatonce" by German protel hotelsoftware is one of the first true SaaS solutions in the professional hotel software industry. For all hoteliers who want to rent out their rooms or apartments while on the go, protel now offers "bookatonce for iPad", an entirely portable room and guest management solution: This latest protel App enables users to access the web-based software from anywhere via the Apple iPad. All hoteliers wanting to answer guest requests as quickly as possible without being tied to a computer for hours on end will certainly be happy about the freedom gained by protel`s latest app "bookatonce for iPad". This iPad app allows accessing rates and availabilities at any time - and having detailed reservation and guest data at one`s fingertips. All kinds of data can`t only be viewed but also be entered and edited. Booking requests can thus be processed as soon as they come in, which is a substantial advantage over other businesses competing for guests. The bookatonce iPad version offers an impressive spectrum of features and functions: Ranging from the graphic reservation board, which serves as an interactive reservation book and a 14-day availability overview for every room category to booking confirmations sent out via email, the iPad app also offers all central functions of the browser versions. The so-called "Active Lists" display arrivals and departures, in-house guests as well as invoices for a freely selectable time period: Reservations and guest profiles can thus be found quickly and can be edited just as fast. Those already working with the inexpensive online version of the software may now benefit additionally from being able to using it via iPad while on the way. Optionally, however, one can also start out with the iPad version: Right after having purchased the app, the hotel owner can start a demonstration of bookatonce or a 30-day trial version with his own data. As soon as he has entered his system data via any Internet browser, which will only take a few minutes, he`ll be ready to create his first reservation via iPad.
