The Conference will kick off with a session entitled "Tourism Dialogue" analyzing effective communication strategies, how to work with the media to ensure maximum and accurate coverage, with a special focus on positioning of destinations in Eastern Europe, south Caucasus and Central Asia. The conference will also provide case studies of successful tourism marketing campaigns in the region and an entire session on crisis communications. IH&RA Director of Communications, Summer Jauneaud, will be participating on the "Tourism Dialogue" session to be moderated by BBC World Presenter Nik Gowing, alongside fellow panellists Mr. Geoffrey Lipman, Special Advisor to the UNWTO Secretary-General and Mr. Pavel Popov, President, Russian Press Laboratory, Russia Director Austrian Airlines (invited).
