IH&RA, the International Hotel & Restaurant Association, hosted a VIP dinner for its Board of Directors & members of its “Chains Council,” composed of leading figures of international hotel and restaurant chains worldwide, alongside the ITB and International Hotel Investment Forum held in Berlin, Germany in March 2005.
